Nope, can’t do it. Don’t even try. I’ll readily admit that pretty much 95% of the reason I’d like to see a live-action Bebop film is because I want to sit in a movie theatre surrounded by people who have no idea what they’re in for and see that opening smash out on a fifty foot screen with remastered bombastic noise. It’s a selfish reason; basically I just want to have the biggest ragingly sweaty public nerdgasm the world has ever seen.
